SET UP TIER TWO - 1ST SHIFT
Performs the setup duties by accurately reading batch tickets and is an entry level position. Prepares setup by reading batch tickets including lot numbers, partial weights, whole units, separates, TOS items, substitutions and allergens. Prepares TOS setup. Operates forklift and delivers materials to blending department. Maintains raw material warehouse department to accomplish all sanitation/housekeeping objectives. MACHINE OPERATOR TIER TWO - FIRST SHIFT
Operates automatic packaging equipment. Packs product in shipping cartons to ensure continuous line production and is an entry level position. Responsible for the operation of equipment on a single packaging line including bulk fillers, scales and metal detectors; provides quality output; maintains a clean and organized work area; provides direction to assigned support staff including temporary employees. Maintenance
TECHNICIAN TIER 5
Responsible for all the plant/facility machinery and equipment including set up, adjustment and maintainance. Mechanic shares responsibility for quality and quantity of work produced by assigned equipment. Some of the responsibilities include:
Reviews production schedule as required with appropriate production management to determine production run, the need for changeover to a different size or packing configuration or, if line is down, for scheduled maintenance.
- Analyzes mechanical or operational problems and takes corrective actions.
- Readjusts line and effects changeover by setting up assigned equipment for change in material, size, product, or for change of pack pattern as directed.
- Tests equipment for quality of operation when changeover is completed.
- Examines finished pack for conformity with quality specifications and makes adjustments accordingly.
- Checks product for visual attractiveness and/or defects.
- Makes preventive maintenance checks during course of shift and takes appropriate corrective action.
- May assist in training packaging machine operators in their essential duties and safety precautions required when working on the equipment.
- May assist in analyzing, selecting and installing capital equipment.
- Improves facility efficiency by improving process or equipment.
- Advises manager of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action required.

SANITATION TIER 2
Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing equipment and facilities and is an entry level position.
1. Cleans and sanitizes equipment.
2. Cleans and sanitizes facility including floors, walls and ceilings.
3. Follows instruction of the supervisor or backup supervisor.
4. Applies a general knowledge of food plant sanitation and equipment.
5. Operates power/pressure washer.
6. Performs minor equipment disassembly and assembly.
7. Operates light duty cleaning equipment including carpet cleaner and floor stripper/waxer.
8. Operates heavy duty cleaning equipment incluing the riding floor scrubber.

Sales
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Responsible for the sales management and growth of the company in a specific region of the country. A few essential functions include:
1. Sales and administrative management of a specific region of the country.
2. Directs management of key account relationships.
3. Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the region.
4. Development of internal company relationships between customer service, research and development, sales, accounting and senior
management.
5. Continual identification of new business opportunities within the region and across the country.
6. Responsible for continuously developing a team enviornment with other sales personnel, customer service, materials planning, logistics,
accounting, research and development and senior management.
7. Maintains a strong and understanding relationship with the IS group to ensure adequate training and development in the computer applications
and communications software being utilized.
8. Continuous review and recommendation of new opportunities within the scope of the company's objectives.
9. Gathers new prospect company information and/or new project information to submit for executive approval via filter.
10. Applies an understanding of the sample request process for off the shelf samples as well as duplications and research and development
projects (WAR process).
11. Provides price qutoes to customers.
